Yes, absolutely. We use hot water and commercial-grade cleaners to safely remove organic growth and discolouration, especially common in shaded or damp areas.

Do you offer sealing after cleaning?

Yes - sealing helps protect the surface from future stains, mould, and UV damage, and makes future cleans easier.

Can you clean different types of pavers (concrete, limestone, clay, etc.)?

Yes. Professionals adjust pressure and techniques based on the surface type to ensure effective cleaning without damage.

Will cleaning remove the sand between the pavers?

Not the way we do it. We clean carefully around joints and can also re-sand areas if needed — especially if they’re already loose or washed out.

okay, but how does it work?

chemical application

First, we apply a cleaning solution made from SH (Sodium Hypochlorite, also known as pool chlorine) and specialty soaps. These break down and kill off any remaining organic matter, properly sanitising the surface.

High Pressure Clean

Next, we do a full surface clean using our 21″ surface cleaner and high-pressure water, up to 4000 PSI. This removes dirt, algae, mould, and most of the surface build-up.

A Thorough Rinse

We rinse everything down, including any overspray on windows, walls, or pool fencing.
You’re left with a fresh, clean surface that looks like we were never there, aside from your now bright and clean pavers.

Optional same-day sealer

If you’ve chosen to seal your pavers, we wait until it’s completely dry and free of pooled water before applying the sealer.
We use a high-quality penetrating sealer that soaks into the surface and protects it from within, without leaving a coating on the surface.

What else should you know?

Totaly fair, let’s run through a few more common questions that usually come up.

4000PSI! Won't that damage my pavers?

This is the practicale top pressure most of our machine can make, seldom do we use that much. pressure is varied based on how we assess its condition on site, we can use as little as 800-1000 psi and still clean great.

After you've sealed, how long until we can use the area?

Once the sealer has had time to soak in and there are no more damps spots (typacally 1-4 hours) you're welcome to walk on the area, we recommend keeping cars and heavy traffic away for up to 24 hours.

Do I need to be home for the quote?

Nope, as long as we can access the areas you want cleaned, we’re happy to swing by and take a look. We’ll send through a quote via email or give you a call to run through it with you.

Can you remove rust or bore stains?

Yes, we have specialised treatments for bore water and rust stains. Just let us know in the quote form so we can price that in and bring the right gear.
