By accepting a quote or booking services with All West Pressure Cleaning, the customer agrees to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Agreement & Acceptance

Acceptance of a quote or booking confirmation, whether verbal, written, electronic, or by proceeding with scheduled works, constitutes a legally binding agreement between the customer and All West Pressure Cleaning for the agreed scope of work and price.

Deposits, where applicable, are non-refundable in the event of customer cancellation outside the stated cancellation terms.

2. Scope of Work

All work will be carried out in accordance with the agreed quote and inclusions. Any variations, additional services, or changes to scope must be approved prior to commencement and may incur additional charges.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to pay within the agreed timeframe may result in:

  • Late payment fees

  • Debt recovery action

  • Recovery of any reasonable collection costs incurred

4. Water and Power Access

The customer agrees to provide access to a suitable on-site water supply and power source where required, at no additional cost.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure:

  • Water and power are accessible

  • Taps, hoses, outlets, and fittings are in working order

Additional charges may apply if water or power is unavailable, inaccessible, or unsuitable.

5. Scheduling and Weather

Exterior cleaning services are weather dependent. All West Pressure Cleaning reserves the right to reschedule work due to unsafe or unsuitable weather conditions.

Customers will be notified as soon as practicable of any scheduling changes.

6. Site Safety and Access

The customer is responsible for ensuring:

  • Safe access to work areas

  • Children, pets, and other occupants are kept clear of work zones during services

  • Pets and children remain off treated surfaces for at least 24 hours after completion

7. Removal of Items

The customer is responsible for removing or securing furniture, pot plants, vehicles, and personal items from work areas prior to arrival.

If removal is required by All West Pressure Cleaning, additional charges may apply and no responsibility is accepted for damage to such items.

8. Pre-Existing Conditions and Surface Integrity (IMPORTANT)

Exterior cleaning can expose pre-existing damage, defects, deterioration, or poor workmanship that may not be visible prior to cleaning.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Cracked, spalled, or weakened concrete

  • Loose, sunken, or poorly installed pavers

  • Failing sealers or coatings

  • Peeling or chalking paint

  • Loose tiles, mortar, grout, or ridge capping

  • Aged or brittle materials

  • Poor drainage or previous repairs

All West Pressure Cleaning is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or defects that become visible during or after cleaning.

Where reasonably practicable, areas of concern identified before or during the job will be documented and discussed with the customer.

9. Surface Variations and Results

Cleaning results may vary due to:

  • Age of surfaces

  • Weathering

  • Surface porosity

  • Previous treatments or sealers

  • Staining type and duration

No guarantee is provided that all stains, discolouration, or marks can be fully removed. Some staining may be permanent or only partially reduced.

10. Stains and Limitations

Certain stains cannot be removed through pressure cleaning or softwashing, including but not limited to:

  • Oil penetration

  • Paint overspray

  • Artillery fungus

  • Rust staining

  • Tree sap

Where known, these limitations will be communicated during quoting. However, some stains may only become apparent once surface contaminants are removed.

11. Paints and Organic Pigments

It is the customer’s responsibility to notify All West Pressure Cleaning in writing if surfaces have been recently painted or are scheduled for painting.

Certain paints, including some organic pigment paints, may discolour or change colour when exposed to cleaning solutions. All West Pressure Cleaning accepts no responsibility for such reactions.

12. Watertight Integrity

The customer warrants that the property is watertight and in good condition, including windows, doors, electrical fittings, seals, and penetrations.

All West Pressure Cleaning is not responsible for water ingress or damage caused by:

  • Poor installation

  • Deteriorated seals

  • Defective construction

  • Inadequate maintenance

13. Windows and Glass

Window cleaning is not included unless specifically stated. Water spotting may occur as a result of exterior cleaning and is not considered a defect.

14. Mortar, Grout, and Jointing

Loose or deteriorated mortar, grout, or jointing may dislodge during cleaning. All West Pressure Cleaning is not responsible for failure of compromised materials.

15. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a fee of up to 50% of the quoted job value.

16. Notification of Concerns
